Certified Horsemanship Association Offers International Conference Sponsorships and Booth Space for Companies to Reach Attendees; CHA Seeking Donations for Silent Auction at 2017 Conference
(May 2017) – The Certified Horsemanship Association is already taking conference registrations for what is hoped to be the best conference yet due to CHA's 50th Anniversary. Companies who desire to reach this audience have several ways to reach conference attendees at this historic event. This year, the conference is scheduled for October 26-29, 2017, at the Kentucky Horse Park and the Marriott Griffin Gate Resort in Lexington, KY. Sponsorships for the conference are available now for those companies who want to be in front of the decision makers for equine programs and facilities across the U.S. and Canada.
The CHA International Conference attracts riding instructors, equestrian facility managers and staff, horse trainers, camp program directors, trail and wilderness guides, staff from higher education programs, veterinarians, farriers, equine enthusiasts, horseback riders, and a variety of companies from within the equine industry.
The CHA International Conference is also a great event for equestrian businesses to network with equine professionals and to share more information about their products and services. The best option for companies is to become a sponsor or a vendor at the event. Those wishing to become a sponsor should visit https://cha-ahse.netlou-secure.com/product_images/uploaded_files/Sponsorship%20Opportunities.pdf or contact CHA CEO Christy Landwehr at clandwehr@CHAinstructors.com
Booth space is available for $550. A vendor receives a 10 x 10 booth space, one table and one chair, electricity upon request, and all meals provided during the conference for one person per day. Attendees can visit vendors on Thursday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the Marriott Griffin Gate Hotel and at the Kentucky Horse Park Covered Arena on Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. To reserve booth space, please fill out the online form and return to CHA.
Donating items for CHA's Silent Auction is another great option for companies and individuals who would like to raise brand awareness while helping with CHA's mission of certify instructors. CHA's Silent Auction helps fund CHA's Scholarship Fund, which helps new riding instructors attend a certification clinic in order to become certified and serve the horse industry through quality instruction. Many students straight out of college and adults who have had a change in their life, such as divorce or a family emergency, apply for this financial need. CHA is a 501(C)3 non-profit tax exempt organization. Therefore, contributions and/or donations are deductible as charitable contributions. Download the silent auction form today at https://cha-ahse.netlou-secure.com/product_images/uploaded_files/silent%20auction%20pledge%20form.pdf . The deadline for the form is August 31, 2017, for donors to be included in the Conference Program and on signage at the event.
