SALIDA, Colo., September 17, 2009: The fall RFD-TV season kicks off with new Horse Master with Julie Goodnight episodes taped in Oregon City, Oregon and covering topics you want to see to help you with your horse life.

“Our shoot site, Tanz-Pferde Dressage Farms (www.tanz-pferde.com, the name means dancing horses) was a beautiful backdrop to shoot our fall shows,” Goodnight says. “We shot in their new outdoor arena and were surrounded by incredible trees—beautiful back drops in 360 degrees. With six really good episodes “in the can,” I have a few favorites, but all were topics that I have questions about at clinics and expos. We have episodes including stopping your horse from rearing on the trail, slowing a horse down for shows, loosening the reins to calm a jiggy horse, re-starting a horse in the round pen to help rectify his bossy behavior, helping a former brood mare learn a stop cue and learn to be a great riding mount, and helping a horse learn to pick up the correct lead. I think you’ll like them all and there’s beautiful country to see along the way!”

Horse Master’s RFD-TV episodes air every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. EST (with encores airing Thursday and Saturday nights) on Direct TV channel 345, Dish Network channel 231 as well as cable outlets. See the expanded schedule below.
