Troxel Introduces New Low Profile Equestrian Helmets

San Diego, CA – April 17, 2012 – Troxel LLC, the worldwide leader in ASTM/SEI-certified equestrian helmets, is celebrating its 20th Anniversary of the invention of the modern lightweight, vented, safety helmet by introducing two new helmets: the Liberty and Intrepid. Both helmets mark a new evolution of the brand’s schooling and performance helmets to its line of physician-developed, high-performance headgear.

The Liberty and Intrepid helmets both feature an ultralight, low profile design, and incorporate Troxel’s revolutionary self-adjusting CinchFit™ Pro technology, which adjusts to the shape of the rider's head for an unmatched level of comfort and stability.

“20 years ago, our vision was to offer the best protection in a lightweight riding helmet, and that vision continues,” said Shay Timms, CEO of Troxel. “The Liberty and Intrepid are not simply low profile helmets, they are backed by Troxel's safety record, a record unparalleled in the industry, and we couldn't be more thrilled to offer riders these new styles.”
